I If there are any issues with your order due to an error it must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can report this by emailing us email@example.com or by phone at +306948876375 Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 14.00 p.m. EST and we shall provide you with full details regarding the return shipping process which is suitable for you and we shall resolve any possible technical issue .Please read the followings terms for our return policy.
- All products that are being returned must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.
- The item must be un-opened and in the same condition as received. When returning a product back to us, please package the item(s) carefully so they will not be damaged in transit.
- If you ordered the incorrect product, or simply no longer need the product you purchased, you are responsible for the return freight.
- If we shipped you the wrong product, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the item.
- If the product you received is not functioning properly or was damaged in transit, please call us
- We suggest that all returns are shipped to us with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid (Credit card, PayPal, or check).
- Return processing fee is -25% .Τhis fee does not apply for cases which an order is defective because of our responsibility ( a wrong item was shipped or item did not arrive as scheduled)
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping.
